Let’s talk about the colour of the season. The colour I’ve seen on every high street store, every fashion show and every online store this season.
Pink.
I have always been a big fan of pink, the kind of girl running around with pink tuttus and wellies. With pink bedroom walls and pink shoes and pink bags. I loved it.
But growing up I fell out of love with the colour. Maybe due to it’s connotation with childishness. Maybe it’s due to it not being as stylish as it once was. But it’s officially back and I could not be happier to reignite my love for the colour and add it into my all my spring styles, my spring fashion and my spring wardrobe.
Bags
One great way to add the colour into your wardrobe is through your accessories. I love a pink bag and think it makes such a statement to your outfit. It’s also a great way to rotate your wardrobe but still keep the trend item at the forefront. Here are some of my favourite pink bags I’ve seen.
Coats
If you follow me on Youtube you’ll have seen my favourite new wardrobe addition – a pink trench coat. I could not be more in love with it and can’t wait to keep styling it up for spring.
Mixing your colour combos
When it comes to styling pink and creating a really elegant, mature look, it’s all about mixing the right colour combos. Pinks and whites, pinks and camels and pinks and neutrals are such a gorgeous combination for spring time.
