I know a lot of you reading are very similar to me, have similar body shapes, similar hang ups and similar wants. So when I asked if you wanted to see a bit of a swimwear edit, it was no surprise that it was a resounding yes. Swimwear can be such a tricky one, especially as a mid size girl. I find a lot of swimwear pieces are just not designed for our body shapes, types or wants.
I know a lot of us are in agreement when we say we want to be covered, supported and comfortable in our swimwear and a lot of pieces I see online have me gasping at how little material there is. Honestly to the girls who have the confidence to wear that, I salute you but let me tell you, I am not that girl.
Instead I want something that’s going to make me feel really comfortable and secure. Something that doesnt have too much skin on show. Isnt too revealing or totty tiny. But also something that doesn’t make me look like a granny by the pool. Covered but confident, that’s exactly how we want to feel.
