Well hello autumn, and hello to you. It’s been a while and for that I do apologise. I feel like I really got into my blogging grove over summer and somewhere along the way I just seemed to loose it. I think it was a mixture of back to back trips, a new season coming in and work suddenly getting very busy. I never like to be that person who complains that they are busy but every autumn I forget just how hectic it gets. So a word of warning that I don’t think I’ll be lifting my head again from now until Christmas.
Did I just say the C word? Yes, yes I did.
The new season has really inspired me and gotten me so excited for what’s to come over the next few months. I feel like October, November and December are such exciting months and have so much in store for them.
October we get to really soak in and enjoy autumn. September was like a test run but now we really get to enjoy the cosy vibes – the rainy days and movie nights in. The knitted sweaters and fluffy slippers. The pumpkin spice and autumnal baking. It’s all getting cosy.
Then of course in November we’ve got a lot to look forward to – Black Friday of course being one of them. And if you know me, you know I like to go all out for you during cyber week and create as many edits as I can for you to make your life easier. If Black Friday is sale shopping hell, I’m your sale shopping angel to help you navigate through it and pick yourself up the best bargains you can.
And then December, need I say more? I feel like this year we’re all looking to go all out this festive season and make up for years lost. Parties, events, celebrations galore. And I for one can’t wait.
So what to expect over the next few months here on PetiteElliee – well you can definitely expect more consistency, I promise you that. I will be back blogging once or twice a week for you to give my best fashion advice, styling tips, home updates and beauty favourites. Of course if you want to see more of me, I upload 3 vlogs a week on Youtube and upload daily on Instagram too.
So I guess this post was just a little welcome back to the blog, a life update and an insight over what to expect for the next few months. I for one can’t wait!
