It’s a show non of us can stop talking about. We love to hate it. It’s totally unrealistic, it’s cringey, it’s totally romanticised. But we love it none the less.
Emily is Paris has taken over the internet recently and something that we can’t stop talking about is the fashion. For better or for worse. I for one have split many opinions on Emily’s looks (I did some stories rating her outfits and let’s just say that not everyone agreed with me ahahah) But the fashion we can all agree we’re obsessed with is the other characters.
Camille? A stylish babe. Sylvie? Absolute queen. Even Mindy has some cute looks.
So I thought it would be really fun to share some of my Emily in Paris inspired outfits, because who doesn’t wish they were living their best french life?
This one is probably one of my favourite French girl looks, Emily even wears a similar look to this on the show. I adore the check two piece and how classy it looks paired with the pink coat. I feel like monochrome looks are such a great way to appear more put together than you actually are and it’s so easy to colour block whatever your fave colour is!
I feel like this is such a perfect transitional French girl look (maybe a little too cold for now though). The white midi dress styled with the fedora and brown bag ties in the autumnal tones so well. I wish I had a pair of brown boots to style up the look and tie it all in together.
Because nothing screams French girl like a beret, a trench and some patterned tights, right?
Another patterned tights look but this time so much more casual and street style-chic. I adore how the shorts look styled up with the tights and makes a more summer look so much more autumnal.
