I don’t know about you, but I like a fuss-free face. Wearing makeup daily is so important for my mood in lockdown, but I don’t want to be spending hours slapping a load of product on my face. I want something simple, something comfortable and something that can be done in as little as 5 minutes. I’ve had lots of questions about my daily makeup recently so I thought I would share my 5 minute makeup look.
Conceal don’t feel
After Christmas (and all the naughtiness that came with my eating habits) my skin has freaked out a little. It’s starting to get back to normal and look a little clearer but I’m still relying on my handy little pot of concealer. I’ve been using the Nars creamy concealer and it really is the best thing for covering those pesky little blemishes.
The Perfect Glow
I love a glowy look, so the perfect glowy foundation is what I need. The Dior forever foundation in the glow finish is my best friend in lockdown. It evens out my skin tone without caking my face in anything uncomfortable, leaving me with a gorgeous, glowing finish.
A Bit Of Bronze
Of course, I love a little bit of bronzer to add a bit of cheekbone to my overly rounded face. The Nars laguna bronzer is an absolute classic (and one I’ve hit pan on so so many times).
Brow Game Going Strong
Of course, we need a to keep our brow game strong. I use two really simple products on my brows – the Dior brow pencil and the Bobbi Brown brow gel. The perfect combo to fill in those babies and keep them in place.
In the Eyes
I have been keeping my eye makeup really simple recently – using the Nars laguna bronzer in my crease to keep a really natural eye look and the Nars orgasm blush to warm it up a little. So simple but so effective
I also love to add a little winged liner if I’m feeling a little more adventurous
For Mascara I’ve been using the Better Than Sex mascara for a pop of lash without any hassle.
Give Me Some Lip
And of course, finishing off with some lip. You guys know how much I adore the Nars afterglow lip balms – sooo creamy, so wearable but so pigmented. A girl’s best friend.
